Professional Development
Use TEDxUStreetWomen as a development experience for your team!
Now that’s an idea worth spreading.
As a TEDxUStreetWomen professional development partner, your group attends the event as part of a large, local audience of highly educated attendees to hear the latest big ideas and share meaningful conversations that have the power to inspire action.

Engage Employees — Connect with Community
Sharing the TEDxUStreetWomen experience with your company or team nurtures a powerful human need in the workplace: a sense of purpose, value, and connection. It stimulates new ways of thinking and strengthens relationships among people who invest in your organization every day, increasing their passion, engagement, and collaboration.

Difference
TEDx Professional Development differs from conference or team-building retreats. Rather than a day of industry-focused learning, TEDx sparks creative ideas and discussion through a curated line-up of talks that are meant to broaden perspectives and increase inquiry. While walking in the door at TEDx, there’s a sense of curiosity and anticipation: What will you hear? How will you feel? Who will you see? What big ideas lie just around the corner?

You can’t wait to have moments of realization or make an unexpected but meaningful connection with someone else. The outcomes of TEDx grow organically throughout the day and beyond, strengthening connections through a deeply insightful, mentally stimulating, collectively inspiring experience.

TEDxUStreetWomen is managed 100% by volunteers. Funds raised from sponsorships and ticket sales cover event costs such as printing, venue rental, sponsor signage, promotions, audiovisual equipment rentals and production, food, and event insurance. And since this is a locally produced event, the dollars spent on these costs stay in the community.
